All training’s prices are subject to change at any time without previous notice. All training already purchased/ secured with deposit will have guaranteed price. All paid deposits are nonrefundable but will be credited toward training balance tuition

If you decide to cancel your training, you have 3 business days to change your mind and get your deposit back however there will be a $100 cancellation fee which is deducted from your deposit.


-It is in Participant responsibility to find out/do his/her own research about local/state law applying to operating tattoo parlor business and/or work as a tattoo artist before registering for the course

-Microblading is consider as the tattoo/semi-permanent makeup that means that participant will be exposed to the view and contact with blood.

-Course starts at 9.30 am to 5.30pm/6.00pm except if not agree differently



-Must be 21 yrs. old with valid state ID,

-For some of the courses no previous experience is necessary

-Must complete a Blood Borne Pathogens test /we recommend www.emergencyuniversity.com and email or bring printed certificate BEFORE COURSE STARTS.

-God 20/20 vision and artistic eye for both shape and color,

-Steady hands; desire to help people LOOK THEIR BEST

-Must sign up Enrollment Agreement within first 3 days after purchase.

At the house financing available (pay deposits and make a payment until you paid off. Other financing option are available via PayPal and private loan landing companies.

Registration Ticket Policy

It’s participant responsibility to contact OM SPA LLC within 3 business days ,via phone (773)853-0839 or email [email protected], to signed up in Registration and Enrollment Contract Workshop via DocuSign and request the invoice.


If you decide to cancel your training, you have 3 business days to change your mind and get your deposit refund, however there will be a deduction of 3% fee from the total amount of the money you paid, but not less than a $100 . You must send a written letter/ via email stating your reasons of the course cancellation.
