OM SPA Signature Brow Method™ Certyfication
This intensive program teaches the OM SPA Signature Brow Method™, a structured technique developed by Catrina Tansey and used daily inside OM SPA to create balanced, natural-looking eyebrows across different skin types and face shapes.
Over the years, Catrina has trained her team using this same system of design, mapping, and pigment implantation. Because the method is clearly structured and repeatable, every instructor at OM SPA follows the same professional standards and teaching protocol. This ensures that regardless of who leads the training, students receive consistent, high-quality instruction based on the same proven techniques used in practice at OM SPA.
This certyfication is designed for beginners entering the permanent makeup industry, as well as microblading, PMU, or tattoo artists who want to upgrade their skills using modern machine-based eyebrow techniques.
During the intense training, students learn how to design, map, and implant pigment to create soft, natural, and customizable brow results.
Techniques taught include Powder / Ombre, Micro-shading, Nano-shading, and Pixel techniques, allowing artists to create a variety of brow effects—from soft and powdery to more defined and structured styles.
The program combines detailed theory with guided hands-on practice, helping students understand not only how to perform the procedure, but also how to adapt techniques to different skin types, brow shapes, and healed results.
Training takes place in a small, focused environment, ensuring personalized attention and close supervision.
During the course, students practice:
• Advanced eyebrow mapping using professional tools such as string mapping, rulers, and the Golden Mean Caliper
• Designing balanced brows for different face shapes
• Machine control and pigment implantation techniques
• Creating multiple brow styles using advanced machine methods
• Hands-on work with live models under instructor supervision
• Analyze healed results
• Troubleshoot common eyebrow tattoo challenges
• Plan and perform touch-up sessions correctly
• Adjust techniques based on skin type and client needs
By the end of the training, students leave with the technical knowledge, practical experience, and confidence needed to begin offering professional eyebrow tattoo services.
Graduates may also be considered for apprenticeship or shadowing opportunities at OM SPA, as well as exclusive station rental options available only to our trained students, providing a potential pathway to continue developing their skills within the OM SPA professional environment.
The program is open to participants 18 years or older with valid ID.
Students must provide Bloodborne Pathogens certification before the course begins.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own models; however, OM SPA can assist with model recruitment, particularly for out-of-state students.
